Issue:
On Force 2009.5 software, the game
Penthouse Photo Hunt
includes
some pictures that are in a format too large to display. This issue
renders the game unplayable, as only certain images will display
properly.
Games Affected:
Only Force 2009.5 games (V27.00, V27.01, and V27.02) with the erotic
category turned on are affected.
Solution:
The temporary solution (for non-MegaNet-connected games) is to turn
off Penthouse Photo Hunt on all Force games running 2009.5 (V27.00,
V27.01 V27.02) software. To do this:
1. Press the SETUP button to enter operator setup.
2. Touch
the
Games
button on the Main Menu Screen.
3. Touch
the
Game Setup
button on the Games Menu.
4. Touch
Erotic
on the Game Setup Screen.
5. Locate
Penthouse
Photo Hunt
in the upper portion of the screen
and touch it to activate it. Touch
Clear One
to remove Photo Hunt
from the Erotic Menu. Then touch the “
X
” button in the upper-right
corner of the screen and touch
YES
to confirm that you want to exit
operator setup. Touch
YES
again to save your changes.
For MegaNet-connected operators
: There is no need to do anything.
If you have this Force software version and have the game Penthouse
Photo Hunt turned on, we will be temporarily turning the game off. We
will be issuing a patch that will automatically install on all of your
connected machines. Once installed, we will automatically turn the
game back on.
If your game is not MegaNet-connected, this issue can also be remedied
by disc. Contact AMI Customer Service at 800-523-2760 or
